Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification:
- Medical Officer (Male/ Female): Degree in the respective discipline of Ayurveda with Compulsory Rotatory Internship.
- Pharmacist: Higher Secondary (12th Standard) Pass in Science or equivalent with Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in the respective discipline.
- Female Health Worker: Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass or equivalent with Training Certificate as Female Health Worker.
Age Limit :
Gen/ OBC/ SC/ ST: Between 18 to 45 years
How to Apply :
Eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format and send the application along with the other necessary and relevant documents so as to reach to the concerned Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Office on or before 30 November 2015.
