Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification:

1. Helicopter Pilots: Pilots holding current & valid licence - CHPL or ATPL (H). Pilots holding current endorsement on one of the helicopters - AS-350B3, Bell-206L4, AS-365N/N3, Mi-172 and ALH/Dhruv.
2. Asst. General Manager (HR): Candidate should be in possession of MBA's or holding Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/ Institution. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade in a large and reputed organization.
3. Assistant General Manager (Finance & Accounts): Candidate should be CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognised Institution with specialization in Finance. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade in a large and reputed organization.
4. Assistant General Manager (Civil): Candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE / B.Tech) preferably with an MBA (with specialization in Construction / Project Management) from reputed and recognised Institution / University and should have 07 (seven) years of post qualification executive experience out of which two years in the next below grade. Candidate with multiple project experience in infrastructure development above 10 crores and conversant with contract management / project management with compliance of Government guidelines etc would be preferred. The applicant must be self motivated professional with proven leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Should also possess considerable drive and initiative with proven ability to manage and develop large building / projects. Must have knowledge of computers (working experience in MS office, Excel & Power Point, use of internet and working knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable.
5. Manager (Marketing): Candidate should be MBA's from a recognised Institution / University with specialization in Marketing with three years post qualification executive experience out of which atleast two years should be at the next below grade or equivalent responsibility in a large and reputed organisation. The candidate should have relevant experience in all the areas of Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management, Tendering, Contract Management, Liaison etc. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
6. Manager (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3 yrs regular course after Graduation or 5 yrs regular course after 10+2 from a recognised Institution / University. Candidate should have enrolled as Advocate to do practice in Courts in India with minimum 5 yrs of practice experience.

Pay Scale:

• Helicopter Pilots
• Captain ‘A’: Rs 60000 plus minimum assured STA (Rs 65625 for qualified pilots)
• Pilot ‘C’: Rs 52000 plus minimum assured STA (Rs 65625 for qualified pilots)
• Pilot ‘B’: Rs 46000 plus minimum assured STA (Rs 65625 for qualified pilots)
• Asst. General Manager (HR): Rs. 29100 - 54500 (IDA Pattern)
• Assistant General Manager (Finance & Accounts): Rs. 29100 - 54500 (IDA Pattern)
• Assistant General Manager (Civil): Rs. 29100 - 54500 (IDA Pattern)
• Manager (Marketing): Rs. 20600-46500 (IDA Pattern)
• Manager (Law): Rs. 20600-46500 (IDA Pattern)
