Educational Qualification:

  1. Senior Manager (HR) Grade: E 5: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55 percent marks and two years full-time MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 60 percent marks for SC candidates or Full-time Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55 percent marks and two years Full-time Master Degree/ Two years Full-time PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60 percent marks for SC candidates.
  2. Senior Manager (F&A) Grade: E 5: CA / ICWA or Full-time B.Com with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduation (B.A) with Honours in Economics with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduation (B.A/ B.Sc.) with Honours in Maths with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduation (B.A/ B.Sc.) with Honours in Statistics with minimum 55 percent Marks and Two years Full-time MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60 percent Marks for SC candidates or Full-time Graduate in Engineering i.e. B.E./ B. Senior Officer (Law) Grade: E 2: Full-time Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 60 percent marks and Full-time Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 60 percent marks for OBC (NCL) candidates. OR 05 years Integrated Full-time LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 60 percent marks for OBC (NCL) candidates.
  10. Senior Engineer (Boiler Operations) Grade: E 2: Full-time Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical with minimum 55 percent marks for SC/ST candidates and Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer.
  11. Junior Engineer (Mechanical) Grade: S 7: Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 55 percent marks for ST candidates.
  12. Junior Engineer (Electrical) Grade: S 7: Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum 55 percent marks for ST candidates.
  13. Junior Engineer (Chemical) Grade: S 7: Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55 percent marks for SC/ST candidates.
