Position: Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Work Location: CMP, MP Cities

 Responsibilities:

•  Asset Management
• Updation of Asset Master and Maintenance history for Assets for both ISP & OPS
•  Maintenance Management
• Monitoring performance of the Managed Services vendor against defined SLAs w.r.t. reliability of OFC network, L1 Support ISP O&M activities for ISP electronics like eNB, CSS, FFTH, MW, Wi-Fi etc., uptime of utility equipment and network facilities, HSE&F guidelines
•  Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
• IR / FAR process
• Change Management including documentation
• Materials Management
• Management of spares – own / VMI
• Contracts Management
• Development, selection & evaluation of vendors / sub-vendors
• Maintenance interface with duct lease / tower sharing agency
• Maintenance Budget & Cost Control (Capex & Opex)
• Preparation of Opex & Capex proposals
• Monitoring and control of Opex & Capex
• General
• Provide leadership to Operations & Maintenance team – outsourced
• Recruitment of key positions – outsourced
• Competency Management of Operations & Maintenance team – outsourced
• Compliance to QMS System Procedures and Guidelines
• Compliance to Statutory & Regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with NOC and Operations & Maintenance /ISP Core team for resolution of critical technical issues
• Manage external interfaces with local authorities / other Operators
• Requirements Familiarization with OSS, SAP PM & MM Modules, EAM, GIS

Soft skills:

• Leadership, Team building, Motivation, Communication, Interpersonal relationship management, Conflict Management
• Medium proficiency in MS Office packs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

 Qualification:

• B.Tech
• Exp - 5+ Years
• CTC - 8 Lacs Max
