1. Scientific Assistant (Lie Detection): Master Degree in Psychology/Criminology from recognized University OR Equivalent.
2. Laboratory Assistant (Lie Detection): Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Criminology from recognized university
3. Laboratory Assistant (HRD/ QC): B.Sc. with Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology from a university or its equivalent.
4. Laboratory Assistant (Physics): Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from a recognized University
5. Senior Scientific Assistant (Physics): Master Degree in Physics or Forensic Science with Physics or Forensic Science as one of the subject at B.Sc. level from a recognized university or equivalent.
6. Scientific Assistant (Physics): Master Degree in Physics/ Forensic Science with Physics as one of the subject at B.Sc. level from a recognized University or equivalent.
7. Senior Scientific Assistant (Chemistry): Master Degree in Chemistry or Toxicology or Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subject at B.Sc. level from a recognized University or equivalent
8. Scientific Assistant (Chemistry): Masters Degree in Chemistry or Toxicology or Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at B.Sc. level from a recognized University or equivalent.

Sr. Scientific Assistant (Biology): Masters Degree in Zoology or Botany or Anthropology or Human Biology or Bio-Chemistry or Micro Biology or Genetics or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or Forensic science with Zoology or Botany or Forensic Science as one of the subjects at B.Sc. level form a recognized University.
15. Scientific Assistant (Biology): Master Degree in Zoology or Botany or Anthropology or Human Biology or Bio Chemistry or Micro Biology or Genetics or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or Forensic Science with Zoology or Botany as one of the subject at B.Sc. level from a recongnized University or equivalent.
16. Senior Scientific Assistant: Master Degree in Physics or Chemistry or Forensic Science or Computer Science with Physics or Chemistry or Forensic Science or Computer Science as one of the subject at B.Sc. level from a recognized University or Equivalent. OR B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Engineering or M.C.A./ M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized university or equivalent.
17. Section Officer (Electrical): Three Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute.
18. Assistant Foreman: Three Years Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering
19. Jr. Clerk: Sr. School Certificate Examination (10+2) Or equivalent with a typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
20. Section Officer (Civil): Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Institute. one year experience or one year training as a Diploma Holder apprentice
21. Jr Telephone Operator: Matric with certificate in Radio Mechanic.
22. Labour Welfare Inspector: Graduate in one of the Social Science preferably in Sociology
23. Manger(Information Technology): Master’s Degree in Computer Applications/ M.Tech. (with specialization in Computer Application or Information Technology) from a recognized University or equivalent.
24. Accountant: B.Com. Or equivalent Accountancy qualification or SAS Exams passed as conducted by appropriate Government.
25. Manager (Traffic): Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
26. Deputy Manager (Personnel): Degree of recognized University or equivalent
27. Deputy Manger (Accounts): M.Com.(2 nd Class) or B.Com (Ist Class)
28. Pharmacist: Matric with a Diploma in the trade i.e. Pharmacist. OR B. Pharma and M. Pharam or equivalent (Candidates having higher qualification or equivalent i.e. B.Pharma/M.Pharma with one year exp. are also eligible)
29. Legal Assistant: BA LLB. Enrolled with Bar Council. Should also have knowledge (read and write) of Hindi and Urdu language.
30. Junior Engineer (E & M): Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institutions or its equivalent.
31. Assistant Law Officer: Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent
32. Draftsman Grade-III: Matriculation with National Trade Certificate in Draftsmanship (Civil) from a recognized institute.
33. Vaccinator: Matric with diploma of Sanitary Inspector
34. Assistant Sanitary Inspector: Matric with diploma of Sanitary Inspector
35. Surveillance Worker: Matric Preferable with Science from recognized Institution. Diploma of Sanitary Inspector Course/Malaria Inspector form recognized Institution.
36. Assistant Archivist Grade -I: Diploma in Archives Keeping form the National Archives of India
37. Pharmacist (Unani) (ISM): Matric or equivalent from a recognized Institution. Diploma in Unani Pharmacy of not less than two (02) years from a Govt. organization or from a Govt. recognized Institution.
38. Section Officer (Accounts): CA/CMA/SAS Examination (Passed) conducted by appropriate Government (Comptroller) and Auditor General of India/Controller General of Accounts, Govt. of India, government of NCT of Delhi. OR B. Com with 60% marks having Six years experience in the similar capacity in a Central/State government Ministry/Department or in a large manufacturing or trading company.
39. Statistician: At least 2nd class master’s degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/Operations Research /Education /Education Planning and Administration or Economics/ Commerce with Statistics.
40. Translator (Punjabi): Degree of a recognized university with Punjabi as an elective subject. Proficiency in Punjabi Typing or calligraphy for respective posts
41. Data Entry Operator: 12th standard pass from recognized Board/ Institution or its equivalent. Should possessing a Sped of not less than 8000 key depression per hour for Data Entry work and should qualify the aptitude test.

Chemist: Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Micro-Biology or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition OR Bachelor of technology in dairy/Oil OR degree in veterinary Sciences form a University established in India by law or is an associate of the Institution of Chemistry (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysis conducted by the Institution of Chemist (India) and notified by the government for such purposes.
54. Technical Assistant Food Safety: Matric/Higher Secondary with Science from a recognized Board/University With at least six months experience in analysis of food articles in a Food laboratory.
55. Welfare Officer Social Welfare: Post Graduate Degree in social work from recognized University OR MA in Sociology
56. Fireman (Band) Only For Male: Matric pass form a recognized Board / Institute or equivalent.
57. Welfare Organiser-(Male): Intermediate (10+2) from recognized Board/ Institution or equivalent. Retired JCO of Army or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force With minimum of 15 years of Service.
58. LDC (Male): Intermediate (12th). Speed of 30 wpm in typewriting in English Or 25 wpm in Hindi
59. Manager (Managerial Service Cadre): MBA (HR/Marketing) with 02 years experience.
60. Clinical Instructor: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.
61. Grade-IV (DASS): 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer(35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on & average of 5 key depression for each word.)
62. Warder (Male): 10+2 (Senior Secondary pass from a recognized Board). Height:- 170 Cms. (Relaxable by 5 Cms. For candidates belonging to Gorkhas/Garhwalis/Dogras amd Scheduled Tribes candidates). 64. Motor Vehicle Inspector Transport: Xth standard pass. A diploma in Automobile Engg. (3 years course)/diploma in Mechanical Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education (3 years course) or equivalent. Must hold a driving license authorizing him to drive motor cycle, light motor vehicle and heavy goods vehicle and heavy passenger vehicle
65. Translator (Urdu): Degree of a recognized university with Urdu as an elective subject. Proficiency in Urdu Typing or calligraphy for respective posts.
